A friend of a friend recommended Imogen as a driving instructor, and I could not have been more thrilled with how brilliant she is. Imogen is thoughtful, empathetic, generous, kind and creative. As a self-described "anxious bean", this was my second attempt at learning to drive, but Imogen was so encouraging throughout, and totally understanding of the anxiety that driving can cause. She helped support me through six months of lessons and a first time test pass. I cannot recommend her highly enough - anyone would be lucky to learn with Imogen.

Imogen is a fantastic driving instructor! Her communication skills are excellent and she had an amazing calming effect on me as her student, I never felt safer than when behind the wheel in her car. Imogen regularly goes above and beyond with her support both during and between lessons when I did private practice. I would recommend her to anyone looking to learn to drive!

I recently passed with 0 minors after having learnt with Imogen over the last few months. Imogen is a really empathetic, patient and encouraging instructor. I was really nervous to get back into driving after putting off re-starting for quite some time and Imogen put me at ease immediately. She ensured I went at a pace I was comfortable with but also gave me the tools and encouragement I needed in order to get out of my comfort zone. Safety was always first priority and as time went on I felt completely detached to my previous nervous demeanour behind the wheel! She personalised how I wanted to learn and this allowed me to get an even greater understanding of specific road safety rules and junctions I was nervous about. I never thought I’d be as comfortable and confident as I am now behind a wheel and I really do owe it all to her! Thank-you so much Imogen!

I am so grateful to Imogen her tips, tricks, feedback and extensive knowledge which I believe was a significant factor in passing my test first go. My lessons were jam packed to ensure I got the most out of them. Outside of the actual lessons Imogen researched my test centre, tricky spots and sent me so much helpful information to be aware of ahead of the test. I would not hesitate in recommending Imogen to family and friends.

Imogen is an amazing instructor, the way she delivers the messages and helps both new and experienced drivers is extraordinary. If you need an instructor, she is 100% the one to go for. I booked a 5 hour course and passed the test :).

Imogen is very patient, understanding, professional, and a great instructor. She meticulously prepares each driving lesson and provides detail verbal and written feedback following each lesson! I found this to be very instructive. She also provides access to great resources on her web page to help prepare before each lesson. Her famous iPad is never too far away as she explains or illustrates a point or two during lessons. She is a demanding task manager with the sole focus being to make you a skilled and safe driver on any route and driving condition. She made checking of mirrors, signal, and speed become second nature to you, while planning and maneuvering tricky roundabouts was much less intimidating. I have become a better safer driver because of her even after over 40 years of driving experience and from a different driving culture. I very strongly recommend Imogen to anyone that wants to be a skilled, safe driver generally, and who desires to pass their driving test on first try. Imogen is amazing and she made my learning to drive experience an absolute pleasure! I admit I was a tiny bit sad when I passed my test today as I will definitely miss our weekly lessons, that's how much fun they were! She helped me pass my test but more than that she gave me the confidence to drive even though when I started I was absolutely petrified of cars and the idea of being behind the wheel. She is a great instructor, knowledgeable, safe and efficient and she has a wonderful way to make you feel safe but in control from day 1. The fact that she genuinely cares and you're not just another number makes it even better. 100% would recommend.

Imogen's driving lessons were extremely useful, helping me to past my test first time! Not only did we cover everything for the driving test, we also looked at driving beyond it, considering where I'd be driving once I'd passed. Imogen is really encouraging and completely calmed any nerves I had throughout our lessons, right up to (and including) test day. We would like to say a big thank you to Imogen for the lessons. I have had thirteen lessons and I have learnt so much and confidence has grown. I even passed my theory test first time. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. With only a couple of weeks to brush up my skills for the test it was always going to be difficult. Imogen has the perfect teaching balance of kind, considerate and encouraging but tough on you when she needs to be. She is so thorough in teaching that the test was a breeze! Her teaching was so good that I passed without any driving faults which I thought would never happen. I honestly can’t recommend her more, whether it would be intensive like myself or for a longer learning experience. Thank you so much.
